Homestead Land Holdings has requested 56 attached houses on these 14 acres. It was rezoned to 4 units an acre in Oct 2024 (9-O-24-RZ).

There is no tree protection plan for existing trees. The applicant is developing the parcel adjacent to the west (plan 10-C-23-DP), and has not taken the opportunity to connect both of the developments. Both of them are cul-de-sac developments. If residents or children want to visit a neighbor in the adjacent subdivision, they have to go out onto Millertown Pike, without sidewalks, to reach them.

And here is the what the same developer proposed, and Planning Commission approved, for just to the south of this. They could fit together easily, but the developer never proposed that, and Planning Commission never required it.
